How to terminate and permanently delete an account from your WHM server

Description
  • If you no longer wish for an account to reside on the server, you can terminate it. It will permanently delete the account from the server and the action can not be undone.
  • In Account Functions, go to Terminate an Account option. Select an account using main domain or user or search for the account. Scroll down.
  • If you’d like to keep the account’s DNS Zone, check the box for this option. Click on Terminate button to send a request for termination.
  • Do not delete an account until you are sure about its termination and permanent deletion from the server. There will be no warnings sent to you again and again.
  • It will take some time to remove the account from your server. You will see green tick marks on the list and actual removal will be complete.
