How to manage invoices with WHMCS

Description
  • Log into your WHMCS Admin panel.
  • To manage invoices, go to Billing menu and click List all invoices option.
  • You can use the Search/Filter tab at left to change which invoices are displayed.
  • To select the invoice for performing action, click on the checkbox next to it.
  • There are five options for it. You can select either of them from Mark paid, unpaid, cancelled, delete and send payment reminder.
  • Click on the edit icon next to all invoice names and you will be able to modify various entities on invoice and view the list of payments received.
  • With the Summary tab opened, you can also perform several actions listed at right side. For unpaid invoices, you can send reminder emails using top two buttons.
  • You can also add a payment to this invoice and apply a credit or refund. Scroll down and click on save changes button.
