How to use the private messaging system in Joomla

Description
  • Log into Joomla admin panel.
  • The private messaging system allows you to send a message to another user without having to email all registered users.
  • Click on Tools -> Write Message option.
  • Select drop down option to choose the user. Fill subject and message. Scroll right and click on Send button for finally sending the mail.
  • For viewing the messages, click on Tools tab -> Read messages. Click on the subject to view the message.
  • You can directly send reply to the message by clicking on Reply button at the top.
  • The email can be deleted by clicking on Delete button on the top of message.
