How to redirect users to the required login page in Joomla

Description
  • Log in to your Joomla admin interface.
  • Redirecting users to log in and log out pages are used to attract the user’s attention to some specific things like latest news, posts etc.
  • Select site and click on user manager option. You will be able to see the existing users and the group to which they belong. Click on new icon at right top side to create a new user. Fill in the user details, as requested in the form. Select the parameters mentioned and click on save button. The new user will be seen in the list of users.
  • Select Extensions tab and click on the icon to add a new module. You can get enable or add any modules from the list of websites. A short description of every module is given. Click on Next button.
  • Enter the module, which will appear in website. Position field allows you to place the module on required page on website. Login redirection field gives the drop down list of the field from the drop down list. Also, select the log out redirection page. Scroll up and click on save changes.
  • You can view the website, by clicking on Preview icon. Scroll down and enter new user name and password. Log out for direction to homepage.
