How to use Webmail from within cPanel

Description
  • Log into cPanel.
  • You can login to webmail without logging into cPanel. Type www.yourdomain.com/webmail/ to login directly. Replace yourdomain with you actual domain name.
  • Go to Email management tools section and click on Read Webmail.
  • In this tutorial, we will illustrate how to Read mail using SquirrelMail.
  • Main screen of mail will appear and it will show Inbox.
  • Click on Folders tab. You can create folders and subfolders in webmail, in which you can organize and store email messages. Fill create folder options and click on create to make a new folder.
  • To see new folder in the list, click on refresh folder list. You can create as many folders you want.
  • SquirrelMail comes with Personal Address Book. Click on Addresses and fill in various options to add an address in book. Fill in details and click on Add Address button. New address will show up.
  • To compose a new mail, click on compose button. Fill in all the details and click on send or save draft option, according to your requirement.
  • You can check other options on your mail by clicking it.
  • Sign Out to log off from your email.
