- Log into your LxAdmin account as a reseller.
- Scroll down and in help section, click on help Desk icon.
- The page includes many features to help you view ticket information. You can view the ticket has been read, category, last modified on option and replies attained.
- Click on Subject name to open. Click Add Reply to respond. Scroll down and fill options for tickets. Click on Add button.
- Reply will be sent to ticket.
