How to configure general settings in WHMCS

Description
  • Log in to WHMCS admin panel.
  • Go to Setup menu and click on General Settings.
  • Scroll down and give details. When done, click on Save changes button.
  • Go to Localisaton tab. Change your default country and language. Save changes, when done.
  • Go to Ordering tab. This is where you can change your ordering options. If you dislike the default Order Form Template, try them until you find the one you like the best. Fill in options and click on Save changes button.
  • Go to Domains tab. Set up your domain options. The defaults should be fine for most of the purposes.
  • Click mail tab. On this page, you can set up our mail and SMTP settings.
  • Go to Support tab. WHMCS allows you to install Support Modules that integrate it with a standalone support solution, such as Kayako. You can choose the support module you wish to choose.
  • Look over the other tabs and change any options you want. Click on Save changes button, when done.
