We apologize about the lack of communication today regarding the network error that occurred this morning. Due to the increase in volume of calls, emails, tickets, and live chat requests we received, we were unable to respond to every ticket immediately, and shifted our focus to resolving the issue instead of sending out individual updates.

            Going forward, we will be implementing client area updates, as well as updating our social media pages to give brief status updates so clients remain informed during downtime issues.  

            We apologize for the inconvenience the disruption to service may have caused you or your business, and we appreciate your patience while we continue to work to rectify this matter.
